Freya Paulucci Couldrick is a Communications and Marketing Officer at the Blavatnik School of Government.

Freya joined the School in 2021 as a Communications and Marketing Assistant, supporting the External Relations team with internal and external communications activities to help build the School’s global profile.

Prior to joining the School, Freya worked for three years at the University of Oxford, most recently at the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative where she ran a programme of international events in partnership with government stakeholders including the Ministry of Social Development in Chile and the National Council for the Evaluation of Social Development Policy in Mexico.

Freya holds a first-class BA in French and Spanish with a focus on Latin American cultural studies from the University of Manchester.
