Dana joined the School as Research Manager for the Delivery Approaches Programme in January 2020. She is an alumna of the Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School (MPP 2018).

Prior to the MPP, Dana worked at the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development in Amman, Jordan for three years, working closely with the Ministry of Education and partaking in the process of reforming policies that affect teachers in the public education sector. She was involved in several policy reform projects, including the design of Jordan's first licensing system for teachers. As part of a DfID-funded programme with the Ministry of Education, she managed a national technical assistance project to support the development of subject-specific teaching standards for the sector.
