Since the graduation of my college at the age of 18, I have been working for the International projects which aim to improve livelihood of Mongolians, specially those who live in the remote areas. As a nomadic girl who grew up in the countryside, my goal was to give opportunities to young people who live in rural areas. I started my career as a social and gender specialist at the Asian Development Bank Project in Mongolia. Then, I began to work as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer at the Millennium Challenge Corporation project. Traveling throughout the country, meeting people at my current job, World Bank Agricultural Project, I saw many people who became victim of policy. My goal is to develop a proper Monitoring and Evaluation system which will evaluate policy implementation in the long and short term. It will help Government to make beneficial policy for the general public.
