Bill Emmott, former editor of The Economist, chairs a series of Thursday discussions with Blavatnik School students, faculty and experts about hot topics in current affairs.

This week the panel discussed what's next for Colombia after the peace agreement aimed at ending more than five decades of armed conflict was rejected in a referendum on October 2nd.
