Lecture Theatre 4, Mathematical Institute, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter

Prospective students, faculty, staff and visitors are warmly invited to join a special information session designed to introduce you to life at the Blavatnik School of Government.

Both our Master of Public Policy and our Doctorate programmes take an approach that brings a practical focus to multidisciplinary study of public policy in a truly global context.

Find out more about these programmes and how to apply at this special information session with faculty, staff and students who will be ready to share their experiences and answer your questions.

Event structure

Professor Ngaire Woods, our Dean, will introduce the School and its vision for a world better led, better served and better governed. We will explain what is unique about our educational offer. We will talk through the structure of our practical and multidisciplinary Master of Public Policy and our research-based DPhil in Public Policy. Students and alumni will talk about their experience at the Blavatnik School of Government. Members of the Admissions Team will be on hand to answer your queries about the application process, entry criteria and financial assistance.

Who it's for

The session is primarily intended for prospective student. However, anyone with an interest in the School, its course or students arriving in 2015 (for instance MCR reps) are most welcome to attend. This session is not part of any admissions or selection process. All applications to the School will be assessed in the usual way.
